Well here we go again, every four years each country that qualify fight to be crowned world champion in football or soccer some might call. This years the perennial favorites will always be Brazil, Argentina, England , Italy, Spain, Germany and Netherland. Of all these teams, England has been the most dissapointing. Breeze thru qualifiers and being handed one of the most easiest group (it seems like it) England struggles to qualify and Rooney in particular out of shape. They ended up being thrashed 4-1 by the Germans in second round after manages getting thru as runners up below USA.
Quarterfinal will see Argentina vs Germany, Uruguay vs Ghana, Brazil vs Netherlands and Paraguay vs Spain. Ghana are the sole representative from Africa that manage get thru to second round and beat USA en route to quarterfinal. There also a possibility of all South Americans teams in semi final but it quite difficult to happen as Paraguay needs to beat European Champion the Spaniards. With Villa on form I couldn't see Spain lost in quaterfinal. This year if Argentina can beat Germany they have the chance to become champion for the third time in their history with a date with Brazil before that... Maradona quite passionate in every match the Argies play. Here's one for you Maradona...
